YouthCamping organises group adventure trips and related operations. This policy covers the public website, booking forms, traveller accounts (login / my bookings), inquiries, career applications, and emails we send about those services. It does not cover hotels, airlines, IRCTC, payment apps, or other sites we may link to.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Identity and contact details: name, phone, email, city, age, and government ID images or numbers you upload for travellers.
• Booking details: trip, date, joining point, room sharing, number of travellers, and messages you send on forms or WhatsApp.
• Account details if you log in to view your bookings.
• Career applications: name, email, phone, location, and resume files you submit.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and pages viewed, via our hosting logs and analytics tools.

We do not ask for job titles, marketing opt-in checkboxes, or comment-form profiles as a general website feature. We collect payment proof when you pay by bank transfer or UPI; we do not collect card numbers on this website.

• To confirm seats, send receipts, and run the booked trip.
• To coordinate trains, stays, and transport with the partners named on that itinerary.
• To reply on phone, WhatsApp, and email during helpline hours.
• To review career applications you submit.
• To keep operational, accounting, and legal records required in India.
• To understand how the website is used (analytics) and to measure ads if you arrived via a campaign pixel.

As stated in our Terms, we do not accept card payments on this website. Advances and balances are paid by bank transfer, UPI to the official YouthCamping accounts, or cash at our office in Money Plant High Street, A 738, Jagatpur Rd, Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382470. Official account details are shown on the payment-details page and in booking communication. Do not pay third-party agents or unofficial UPI IDs.

We share only what is needed to run the service:

• Trip captains, drivers, and stay partners on your booked itinerary (names, counts, and relevant logistics).
• IRCTC / transport providers when train or vehicle bookings are part of the trip.
• Email and hosting providers that send receipts and operate this website.
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for site measurement, as loaded on public pages.
• Authorities when Indian law requires it.

We do not sell personal information. We are not a hotel, car, or cruise marketplace; we do not share guest lists with unrelated accommodation networks.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in on login/my-bookings, to remember session state on booking forms, and for analytics/advertising pixels mentioned above. This site is not a WordPress blog and does not use comment cookies.

Booking, traveller, payment-proof, and inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to run trips, handle cancellations, and meet tax and legal duties in India. Career applications are kept while we consider them and for a limited period afterwards. Analytics data follows those providers' retention settings.

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to records we must keep for bookings, accounts, and legal purposes. Email info@youthcamping.in. This is not a UK Data Protection Act 1998 process and we do not charge a statutory subject-access fee.

We use standard hosting, access controls, and encrypted connections on this website. No online service is perfectly secure. Limit ID-proof uploads to what a booking actually requires.
